Work & Witness Conferences, Retreat Time, and Following Jesus!
Home Assignment 2018
Oh, there is so much to share about our Home Assignment travel this past September and October. We had rich time with family and friends to fuel our souls for the year ahead. We also had wonderful conversations with mission’s minded Nazarene’s from California to Portland to Baltimore and to Ohio at Work & Witness Conferences! We have hopes that many teams will come to answer God’s Call to work in the Philippines and Micronesia! Kari drove us around the Little Rock area so we could drop in on pastors of local churches and share our ministry. We find ourselves so excited to share all that is happening on our field and at APNTS… so much so, that we found relief from our awkwardness at sharing. We prayed that God would use us and we feel that He empowered us for the task. For this, and so much more we praise God and His Spirit at work in us!
There is so much to share, so we put together a video to capture our 6 weeks visit!
Here is some information on our giving links. If anyone goes onto our giving site each month to give the link has changed.
Old https://give.nazarene.org/to/wilkins
New https://give.nazarene.org/fund/wilkins
Both links work at this time. In January, the top link will quit working. Our web page kandjwilkins.com has already been updated with the new link.
After arriving home, Janet was able to attend the THRIVE Retreat that was held in Bohol Philippines this year. It was an amazing time of learning from other global women, spiritual growth, and fun. If anyone is interested in checking out this great ministry for Global Women, the link is ThriveMinistry.org. It was a blessing to me!
Please Pray:
1. We have a basement expert coming November 30 from New Zealand to help Kevin assess a plan to fix our leaking basement issues in our main building at APNTS. Please pray that we will gain a clear understanding of what the problem is and how we can fix it. We would like to regain the 4500 sq feet of space to be used again.
2. Also, Please pray that God would call the workers to come to the Philippines and work on the projects we have shared at our conferences and churches while on home assignment.

So awesome to see how God is using you both!! God is good, all the time!
Thank you, Dawn, for sharing our journey! All the time, God is Good!
Nedra and I are grateful for the updates. Your vision and passion for the work at the Seminary and Bible Colleges to help train many people from many countries in Bible knowledge and evangelism is inspiring. The sacrifices you have made to do this work is also a testimony to us and many others. Based on your personal sharing, we know you have needs for more equipment to work more efficiently. Praying with you for God to move in the hearts of many so the equipment can be purchased. We remember a famous quote from Hudson Taylor, China Inland Missions, that says, “God’s work done in God’s way will never lack God’s supply.” We believe this applies to all of God’s mission plans…including yours. You are a blessing…thank you for your updates!
Nedra and I are grateful for your updates! Your vision and passion for the work you have been called to do is contagious and inspiring. Every update includes testimony of God’s favor toward your labor. We are reminded of a famous quote from Hudson Taylor, China Inland Missions, “God’s work, done in God’s way, will never lack God’s supply”. Thankful for God’s provision for your ministry to date and praying and trusting Him to “supply all your needs, according to his riches in glory in Christ Jesus.” (Phil. 4:19)
Thank you Randy and Nedra for sharing our journey with us. We so appreciate your hosting us in Little Rock and your passion for our mission. God is providing for all our needs here in Asia Pacific. We are grateful. We will have more to say on that next month. We are praising God for his faithfulness and amazing provision through His Church!
