Gathering Partners for Our Ministry

FRIDAY NIGHT!

We are excited to be On the Journey to the Philippines, but what does that mean?  Well it has meant sharing our  story this weekend with our church family.  We were delighted to have our Faith Builder’s Sunday School class over for a fun time of dessert at Patty’s on Friday night and sharing our vision for the ministry in the Philippines.   It was a wonderful evening and we truly felt the love! We were able to share honestly of our need for monthly pledges and special needs giving.  We are excited to have so many join our email list and consider partnering with us.  Thank you to each one who came and shared in our journey.

SATURDAY NIGHT!

On Saturday night we met with many of our “Missions” buddies at the church and enjoyed Desserts and a fun time of questions.  It was exciting to share all that we had learned on our trip to the Philippines.  The Nazarene Church is busy at work in the Philippines working through the local churches and schools to educate and holistically care for the community in addition to sharing the gospel and making disciples.  It is so exciting to know we will soon get to be an active part of this work.  We shared our story and enjoyed a great time of fellowship.  We were prayed over and our faith grew as we listened to the prayers.  God can use us.

 

Here are 3 things we would like you to know about supporting us financially.

1.  What:  We need monthly support ($1,800 per month in commitments) and Special Giving ($14,800 to cover 6 months of our monthly expenses plus moving costs).  This is  Nazarene Global Mission requirements.
2. When:  Now!  Kevin would like to give as much notice as possible to his employer and we would like to be fully funded before he makes that announcement.
